One Sound is officially live with a growing catalog of 14 albums and 2 singles, now presented in a clean, intuitive player built for both mobile and desktop. This new listening experience makes it easy to explore Plunky’s body of work - tap an album cover, press play, and move through the music without friction.
Right now, One Sound is open for free streaming, giving listeners direct access to the catalog without paywalls or algorithms getting in the way. It’s a space built for discovery—whether you’re revisiting a favorite record or finding one you haven’t spent time with yet.

The layout places the albums directly above the player, making the catalog feel browsable and alive. The interface is designed to feel good in the hand on a phone and clean on a desktop—fast to load, simple to navigate, and focused on the music itself. This is a listening space made for long plays, not background noise.
In the next phase, One Sound will expand beyond streaming. Listeners will be able to order vinyl and CDs directly from this page, as well as download albums for offline listening and personal libraries. The goal is simple: let people move from listening to ownership without leaving the platform—supporting independent Black music in a direct, tangible way.
To help people get a feel for the experience, an HTML demo widget is below and available for visitors to test-drive the player. This gives everyone a chance to explore the interface, sample the sound, and see how the catalog lives together as a unified body of work.
One Sound is being built as a long-term home for the music - where streaming, discovery, and ownership can exist in the same place. Today you can listen freely. Soon, you’ll be able to take the music with you in physical and digital form.
Stream now. Own later. One Sound is open.
