saw u guys @ the Gil Scott-Heron show (Toads 7-2-08), man I was impressed! after so many yrs of course I expected the band to smoke (been a fan since vocalist Ecke Ete'? & "Slip" Glover who's doin' his thing w/ the Wailers now-I've just turned 50, how time flies! I watched Tonya Lazenby grow up in Central Gardens back 'n the day. THANK YOU for re-connecting us w/ Gil, as righteous a move as I've experienced this year. guidance! stay on the 1 baby- wattup Muzi, remember the Flex Band from the 80's? they said we played 2 many styles then, you cats have MASTERED that syle!

mr. plunky, first of all i love you music. i met you some years ago thru a mutual friend, carl w. grant. he was my best friend. he spoke of you often & i have followed you ever since. the last time we met was at his funeral.
